Shannon Schotter is dating Mexican actor Julio Macias for around a decade. They started dating in 2010 and are strong together as of October 2020. They have been speculated to be married a couple of times, however, they haven’t tied the knot.

Schotter is open to sharing her relationship with her fans on social media, however, her boyfriend, Macias, seems quite the opposite. Many of Shannon’s social media post features her boyfriend, while Macias has barely shared his girlfriend’s photo.

Shannon and Macias started dating on November 27, 2011. The former has marked their dating anniversary a couple of times on her social media. In 2015, she marked their fourth dating anniversary on her Instagram posting their photo. “Every day, I’m thankful for four years of adventures together!” wrote Shannon in the caption. Julio Macias was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and raised in the United States. The 30-year-old actor made his debut television appearance in 2011 when he appeared in a short film, Crazy Bastard.

In 2014, Macias notably worked in a television miniseries, La vida es como el cine. In 2018, he got his breakthrough role as Oscar ‘Spooky’ Diaz in the Netflix series, On My Block. As of 2020, Macias has worked in 21 episodes of the series.

In 2020, he worked in a TV series Selena: The Series, in which he portrayed the character of Pete Astudillo. Besides, he has also played the role of Mike Silva in The Last Boat to Alcatraz.

Schotter started working as a makeup artist in films in 2011 from the short, The Show Must Go On. In 2012, she worked in the TV series, Chris/tina and a short film, Bad Ass Bikers.

In 2013, Schotter started getting several offers from TV series and short films. Some of her works in 2013 include Cupid is Full of Shit, What It…, Chastity Bites, Only in L.A., and iSpy.

The Los Angeles-born Shannon Schotter developed a keen interest in makeup and fashion at an early age. She trained to be a professional makeup artist at the age of 18.

After receiving her cosmetology license, Schotter attended MUD, where she got to hone her talent in multiple disciplines, including injury FX, beauty make-up, and prosthetic application.

Besides her glorious career as a makeup artist and hairstylist, Sharon Schotter has also made her appearances in various projects. She debuted as a “girl in boots” in short, Blazed to the Future II in 2014. Later that year, she made her appearance as a young Bree in Voodoo Possession.

Shannon Schotter has also worked behind the camera in a few short films. She made her debut as a co-producer of Blazed to the Future in 2013. The following year, Schotter co-produced the second edition of Blazed to the Future, in which she had also made an appearance.

In 2014, Schotter produced a short movie, Processing. She hasn’t worked in any other movie or television projects afterward.
