The beautiful Brie Shaffer was born in the United States to late father Jack Shaffer and mother Shannon Ramsay. Her father originally comes from Chicago, Illinois, and was born on December 28, 1941, to her grandparents Fay and William Shaffer. A graduate of Loras College, Jack had a major in English & Spanish. Unfortunately, her father died on June 24, 2009, in his rural home in Jones County, Iowa.
